AEROSMITH’s TYLER, PERRY Discuss Today’s Hometown Show (Video)

AEROSMITH will play 1325 Commonwealth Ave. in Boston, Massachusetts today (Monday, November 5). This performance event, free to the public, will have America’s greatest rock band — Steven Tyler (vocals), Joe Perry (guitar), Brad Whitford (guitar), Tom Hamilton (bass) and Joey Kramer(drums) — playing their beloved hometown streets as they encourage fans everywhere to get out and vote this Election Day (Tuesday, November 6).

In the clip below, frontman Tyler and Perry tell AXS TV what this day means to them. In addition, they discuss the influence of the “Walk This Way” collaboration with RUN-DMC.

AXS TV will air the Commonwealth Ave. show live at 12:00 noon EST / 9:00 a.m. PST.

AXS TV delivers another first as this live performance gives fans a sneak peek of the band’s newest album, “Music From Another Dimension!” (Columbia Records), to be released November 6, and warms up music lovers across the country as the band continues their “The Global Warming Tour”, a 14-city trek of arena shows starting November 8.

AEROSMITH has never censored themselves, and that’s what makes a great live television event. No other band signifies live like this band. No fan will want to miss this show. Plus it’s a great opportunity for AXS TV to support a great get out the vote message to music fans across the nation,” said Mark Cuban, AXS TV chairman and co-founder.
