98-7 FM, the commercial modern rock radio station in Los Angeles, California, conducted an interview with the reformed British alternative rock band BUSH at the fourth annual Sunset Strip Music Festival (SSMF) in Hollywood. You can now watch the chat below.
After a string of electrifying warm-up shows that included sold-out performances in New York City and Los Angeles, BUSH has announced a headlining tour of North America that will kick off September 13 at the Babcock Theatre in Billings, Montana.
Like their recent packed-house performances, the shows will see BUSH tearing through a thrilling mix of classic hits and brand-new songs from their upcoming album, “The Sea Of Memories”.
Available on September 13, “The Sea Of Memories” was produced by Bob Rock (AEROSMITH, METALLICA) and is the first BUSH album to be released via the band’s own imprint, Zuma Rock Records, through an exclusive partnership with eOne Music.
Fueled by lead single “The Sound of Winter”, the album’s off to a hot start: the track was No. 1 Most Added at Alternative and Rock Radio two weeks in a row and rocketed onto the Top 10 on the iTunes Alternative Songs Chart.
On September 27 at 4th B in San Diego, BUSH will begin a tour with CHEVELLE and special guests FILTER. Prior to the tour’s launch, the band will be playing a handful of special shows, including August 20 at the Sunset Strip Music Festival in Los Angeles. Following the U.S. tour, the quartet will head overseas for an international run that begins November 3 in Madrid. On September 21, Gavin Rossdale will appear on “Chelsea Lately” and on September 22, BUSH will perform on “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno”. BUSH has also partnered with I Love All Access to offer a variety of VIP packages for the tour.
