At a recent show in Indiana, KORN frontman Jonathan Davis was presented with the uniform of U.S. Marine William H. Crouse IV, who was killed in Afghanistan two years ago. In the clip below from the gig, Crouse‘s brother, Ryan Rothman, talks about what the band meant to the both of them, and KORN pays tribute to U.S. troops from the stage.
Davis has done a lot of work with the USO and the Wounded Warriors, visiting injured members of the military in hospitals.
KORN‘s latest album, “The Path Of Totality”, saw the band teaming up with dubstep producers and DJs to add a whole new electronic layer to their sound.
Much of the material for the album was recorded at Davis‘ home studio, and he laid down vocals at home or in hotel rooms while on tour.
