SECRETS OF THE MOON: ‘Nyx’ Video Released

“Nyx”, the new video from German black metallers SECRETS OF THE MOON, can be seen below. The clip was directed by Fursy Teyssier and François-Marc Baillet at Viva Emptiness Studios. The song comes off the band’s new album, “Seven Bells”, which will be released on March 16 via Prophecy Productions.

Commented SECRETS OF THE MOON frontman sG / Shammash Golden (Philipp Jonas): “This is the very first SECRETS OF THE MOON video clip. In its total length the song is about 11 minutes long. We had to cut almost half of it to make it more comfortable for everyone. However, you still get a decent impression of it. Parts of the lyrics are taken from the ‘Liber Cordis Cincti Serpente’ — an account of the relations of the aspirant and his holy guardian angel. Now, enjoy!”

The follow-up to “Privilegivm”, “Seven Bells” was mixed at Woodshed Studio in Bavaria, Germany with former HELLHAMMER/CELTIC FROST and current TRIPTYKON mainman Tom Gabriel Fischer and V. Santura (real name: Victor Bullok) (TRIPTYKON, OBSCURA, PESTILENCE).

Commented Warrior: “These sessions easily rank among the most fascinating, enthralling, and constructive I have ever been a part of. The friendship with SECRETS OF THE MOON, which has begun in such a unique manner, shall hopefully persist for a very long time.”
